As a result, Lisa is an accredited Slick 1 yoga teacher and has completed a rehabilitation Pilates course with Polestar International. This led her to whole the unity Painless Running Certification program to assist her interest in diagnosing and treating injuries sustained through running. She has also combined her passions of running and Pilates in developing Pilates classes aimed at improving running performance and preventing injuries. This model of treatment involves looking at the connections and links within the body to determine the underlying cause or driver of pain, injury or dysfunction anywhere in the body. Michael enjoys running and yoga when not at work. In her spare time she enjoys running, water skiing and spending time with friends and family. Trisha is passionate about movement and its skill to improve both our physical and psychological well being by developing strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, confidence, and awareness. With a recently completed Polestar Pilates training in mat and little apparatus Trisha looks forward to sharing her knowledge through fresh yoga and Pilates sessions. Stephanie enjoys teaching previous adults to move well and improve their overall balance and agility. Anne ensures our practice runs smoothly and that all clients are treated with respect and confidentiality. She has been a massage therapist practicing in Launceston independently for many years. Sheila believes that massage is a great way of promoting health and a sense of well being plus steady massage can help thwart illness due to accumulative stresses. Having received immense gain from massage therapy herself, Julie was encouraged to scrutinize a Diploma of Remedial massage, graduating in 2013.
